- For ages 14 and over
- Full series of X-rays (check up x-rays taken yearly upon renewal*)
- 2 Dental Exams
- 2 Cleanings
- Oral cancer screenings twice a year

- Emergency dental care visit (including exam and X-rays) if needed

- Deep cleaning and 3 perio maintenance visits

- 10% off on composite fillings and build-ups, crowns and bridges, root canal therapy, oral surgery, deep cleanings, dental implants, veneers, and dentures
